There's a little story behind every wedding you shoot at and this one was no different. I was actually a bridesmaid for them. I still consider it my first wedding and here's why. It was the first time I realized that it was something I wanted to do. As my full time. I wanted to shoot at weddings, I wanted to capture the love. I wanted to capture two people falling madly in love with each other that they want to spend the rest of their life's together. Taking eachothers hand and flying far away where the sun can't capture them. Loving someone makes you strong, it makes you want them with you 24/7. Love changes your world to colorful when it was gray. This wedding was the example of that love the have for each other. This wedding opened my eyes to love, seeing them love unconditionally. Initially, I just wanted to capture some photos but when I took this photo I realized it was more than that. I started thinking about how they were feeling, their thoughts, how happy they were to finally be together.

I've been with them since the beginning of this love story, from noticing that there was something there when he would look at her at family dinners to arguments at retreats to him proposing and her saying yes. To them finally saying I Do. Being able to capture that love in just one photo makes me feel so bless to have a skill to capture exactly what you are wanting.
